When planning ONLY apartments, the UNK project architects thought over even the smallest detail taking into account different family situations. The complex has a large range of areas, from 29 to 110 square meters, and 19 variants of planning, from studios to three-room apartments. Interestingly, all the layouts are presented in a European format, i.e. with a large kitchen-living room Thus, in theory a “one-room apartment” can be easily transformed into two-room area, and a “two-room” flat can accommodate two full bedrooms and a common living room. The ONLY business class apartments are ready to be rented with finished and ready-made interior solutions - from painted walls to laminate, from German faucets to equipped kitchens. Those who like light colours can take advantage of the Morning project. The lovers of muted, dark colours can choose the Evening project. The versions are different only in terms of mood and temperament, quality and price-wise, both solutions are absolutely identical.
