Aura of the apartment complex “Savelovskiy City” carries us back to New York of the first half of the 20th century with its huge skyscrapers and energy of a metropolis. Interiors of public areas of this building are made in the style of American classics with a sense of jazz colour and each of the units is named after the genius of this musical direction. The basic colour scheme of interiors is black and white with colourful flecks like musical improvisation. Inside the King building yellow colour, which can be compared to a million of taxis cruising the streets of New York and Chicago, was chosen as a focus and lighting in the form of 6 lines of light symbolizes a neck of a guitar of the great B.B. King. Interior of Coltrane building is graphically highlighted in colour and decorative lighting fixtures are made as stylization of wind instruments of a musician.
