The best project of the Perm airport is defined

The international airport "Perm" chose the winner of the competition on the right of development of design of the new passenger terminal. Following the results of the gained points the JSC “UNK project” Company (Moscow) became the winner.
As a result of selection to the main stage of competition were allowed: JSC “Architectural Research” (Moscow), JSC “Design Bureau P1” (Yekaterinburg), JSC “UNK project” (Moscow), JSC “MAC Monolith” (Moscow).
Four participants submitted sketches of the entrance hall and a waiting room of future air terminal. Works of participants for definition of the winner were estimated by the following criteria: the cost of implementation of the project (the importance of coefficient of 40%) and compliance of design to functional and technical characteristics of the designed air terminal complex (the importance of coefficient of 60%).At an assessment of compliance of design to functional and technical characteristics members of the Uniform commission exposed from 1 do10 points to each demand of the participant of purchase. At exposure of estimates the following indicators were considered: information expressiveness of an interior; level of rationality of the forms used in an interior; composite and stylistic integrity of an interior; degree of originality and singularity of design projects; ergonomics; level of environmental friendliness of materials; technological effectiveness of design decisions; level of visualization of an interior; orientation of design services to use of rational construction technologies and materials; level of  variety of construction materials; level of  combination of standard and individual decisions; accounting of technology of work of airport complexes.
